Instead of bearing these costs themselves, they billed them directly to the customer. This approach is disappointing and inconvenient, as it adds unexpected expenses for the customer and complicates the purchasing process.
While I appreciate the quality of the product itself, I urge the manufacturer to reconsider their billing practices.
